What it is ​

Gummble is a searchable library of mobile and web app screenshots, interface elements and recorded user flows. Its app directory combines platform, category and popularity filters with app pages that group references by screen, UI element and flow.

When to open it ​

  • When you need to compare a particular onboarding or in-app sequence across apps.
  • When you want references for iOS, Android and web products in one library.
  • When you need to inspect the surrounding screens and app version instead of studying one isolated screenshot.

Most useful ​

  • The app directory is a screenshot grid with iOS, Android and Web filters, plus Latest, Most popular and Top rated sorting.
  • The Crouton iOS page shows app metadata, version selection and Screens, UI Elements and Flows tabs. At review, its page listed 24 previews from a 226-screen collection; the first five screens were visible, with later screens gated behind Pro.
  • The first Crouton screen is a restrained white onboarding page: centered app mark, small supporting text and a blue primary action. Use the sequence to study how this quiet opening develops across the rest of the flow.
  • Categories and pattern pages help narrow searches to cases such as onboarding, checkout, search and empty states.

Using it with agents ​

Gummble provides a read-only MCP for browsing its documented library. MCP access starts with the Browse plan, listed at $9.99/month or $99.90/year at review. The free tier allows limited screen browsing and design analysis, but no downloads. Use the MCP to find references, then inspect their screenshots and flows before describing a design direction.

  • A captured screen shows one state and does not establish how the live app behaves on every device or account.

  • Compare complete flows to understand the spacing, typography and color changes between steps, not just the welcome screen.
  • Use app metadata and version selection to keep a visual comparison tied to the version being studied.
  • Move from a screen to UI elements or a flow when a single reference does not show enough context.
