What it is
Page Flows is a reference archive of recorded web and mobile product journeys, individual screens and interface elements. A flow page pairs a video with timestamped annotations and a screen sequence, making it possible to study both the appearance of a screen and the transition that leads to it. Free previews are available; the full library and its search tools require a paid subscription.
When to open it
Use Page Flows when designing onboarding, checkout, account setup, search or another multi-step experience. It is useful for seeing the order of screens, where friction appears and how small interaction states fit into the complete journey.
Most useful
- The iOS collection starts with product examples and also groups screens, UI elements and full flows into separate browsing paths.
- A flow detail keeps the video central, places the list of other flows in a left column and shows timestamped chapter annotations beside the recording.
- The inspected Robinhood onboarding page lists 43 screens and marks steps such as app listing, splash screen, sign-up, identity checks, bank connection and completion.
- The site uses a restrained charcoal canvas, large white headings and a bright yellow accent for primary trial actions; the product screens remain the visual focus.
Using it with agents
The site does not advertise a public agent interface. An agent can use the open preview as a visual reference, but some steps and recordings are hidden behind account or trial access. Share the specific flow URL with an agent and describe the interaction stage to study.
Watch out for
- The inspected Robinhood recording is labeled November 2023; check the version selector before treating an older flow as current.
- Some recordings show only a preview until sign-in or subscription, and the paid plan is billed quarterly or yearly.
- The screenshots depict third-party apps and the archive is copyrighted; treat the material as reference rather than reusable assets.
Reusable ideas
- Make a long flow scannable with timestamped labels for each meaningful transition.
- Keep the screen sequence close to the video so viewers can relate individual captures to motion.
- Group related flows for one product, then provide a cross-product route for comparing the same task.
