Banda's identity case for Ukraine's Chornobyl Exclusion Zone, commissioned with the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine and the State Agency on Exclusion Zone Management. Banda's home says the agency was founded in Kyiv and lists offices in Kyiv and Los Angeles.
