What it is
CIRKA is the Singapore-led creative practice of Yiling Ng, working across brand identity, art direction, web, UI/UX, digital and print. The site combines a studio introduction, a numbered project collection and a selected-work archive.
When to open it
Open it when you need an editorial portfolio with expressive condensed type, or want to inspect how one identity is carried through packaging, print and web applications.
Most useful
- Home: a warm cream background, tiny navigation labels and huge condensed black display type make a deliberately uneven composition. Project numbers, dates and categories sit in small blocks around the larger statements.
- &BEYOND Organic Matcha: at review, the case loaded a 19-part image sequence. Its first spread places a small photograph of a green branded bag opposite a much larger image of green packaging, while the oversized condensed case title anchors the lower left. The work label names identity, print, packaging and website.
- The homepage's “Collection—1.0” list links directly to named cases, while a separate selected-work section presents a broader archive.
Using it with agents

- Mix enormous display type with small, aligned date and category labels to build hierarchy without heavy interface chrome.
- Put a small supporting object image beside a larger contextual image, then let the same palette connect the pair.
- Number and date projects so a compact collection still reads as an ordered archive.
