What it is

MotionSites AI is a library of website and page-section concepts presented as large visual cards with prompts. Its own storefront has a dark canvas, a centered all-caps hero and pill-shaped filters for apps, sections and page types. A detail such as Monolith Hero opens a large design preview and a Copy full prompt action. These are prompt-led concepts; the public detail view did not expose a credited production-site URL behind the visual.

When to open it

  • When you want a fast art-direction starting point for an AI-built landing page and are comfortable adapting a prompt to a real product brief.
  • When comparing hero, landing-page, SaaS, agency or 3D concepts by category.
  • When you need an MCP workflow that can return prompt-library entries to an agent and can sign in to the service.

Most useful

  • The homepage offers filters for Apps, Sections and page categories; the detail card makes the preview and prompt action visible together.
  • A free example such as Monolith Hero shows an atmospheric architectural landing page: a centered stone form over dark water, small navigation and centered type. The image is the concept itself, not evidence of a separate live production site.
  • The official MCP setup page documents the server and client-specific commands. It says free accounts can access three prompts, while all 500+ prompts require a paid plan.
  • The pricing page lists yearly, lifetime and prompt-pack options; prices and promotions can change.

Using it with agents

The site publishes an MCP endpoint and instructions for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and other clients. Its setup requires a MotionSites account and browser authorization; the service says the MCP is included in paid plans and that a free account can open three prompts. No llms.txt, public source repository or unauthenticated MCP access was listed. Treat a returned prompt as an art-direction brief, then check generated markup for accessibility, responsive behavior and product fit.

Watch out for

  • The gallery shows concepts and prompts rather than a verifiable set of credited live websites. Use it for visual direction, then find a real example independently before claiming a pattern is proven in production.
  • Most of the library is gated. Free accounts are limited to three prompts at review, and MCP use requires signing in.
  • The site says all rights are reserved. Although paid tiers mention personal and client work, the public pages do not fully explain rights to prompts, images or generated code; do not republish its assets or prompt text.

Reusable ideas

  • Make each prompt detail open around a large visual preview, with the category and a single clear copy action beside it.
  • Separate page-level concepts from individual section prompts so a search can begin at either scale.
  • Label the preview as a prompt concept and keep any original-site source link distinct when one is available.
